A. While we take every care to ensure that the metals used in the jewellery are hypo-
Allergenic, we are not responsible for any reaction occuring to the result of any
Unfavourable / unexpected skin-metal reaction.

B. Vendee Fashions offers no certification on the amount / gold used in the
Jewellery as all product categories are different. However, Vendee offers 1 year
Warranty on Plating.

C. No refund is offered on products once sold.

D. Vendee Fashions  reserves the right to determine the exchange conditions for any
Products.

E. Standard terms and conditions apply. Decision of Vendee Fashions will be final &
Binding in all respects.

F. We insure to deliver all the orders in 7 working days. Although delivery in 7 days depends on
Availability of stock, If such delay in delivery buyer will be informed accordingly.

G. Vendee Fashions reserved rights to cancel any order in any manner since buyer not have to
Pay advance for the order, Although buyer will be informed for same with proper reason.

F. Incase of broken or damaged product received, Vendee Fashions will offer replacement for the same.
Buyer will have to send the broken or damaged product and replacement will be done within 7 to 8
Working days, If product not in stock, Vendee Fashions will offer to choose same value product from catalog.

E. Hence all the orders placed by buyer considering above terms and conditions.
